Spiritual Injection App – Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Spiritual Injection mobile application (the "App") operated by Spiritual Injection ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the App.


1. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The App is intended for users aged 16 and older unless parental consent is obtained.


2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.


3. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to courses, videos, resources, and community posts, is the intellectual property of Spiritual Injection or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.


4. User Conduct

You agree not to:


  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Share harmful or misleading content
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Impersonate others or use fake identities


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.


5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features may require payment. By purchasing a course or membership, you agree to pay all applicable fees and abide by any additional terms associated with such purchases. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


6. Third-Party Services

The App may include links or access to third-party content or services. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties.


7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.


8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall Spiritual Injection be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.


9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
